Tracksetters Needed
The Fort Saskatchewan Nordic Ski Club provides orientation to learn the proper techniques for using the equipment required for trail maintenance and grooming.
We are always looking for additional members for our tracksetting team.

Fall Trail Maintenance
Trail clean-up and home site set-up are regular tasks required each fall in readiness for the ski season.

The equipment storage garage and ski chalet both require regular attention to allow for a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Grooming Equipment & Sled Maintenance
There is the need for a club member with the skill, time, and desire to execute the maintenance and repair of grooming equipment and skidoos.

Board Positions
There are opportunities for interested individuals to join the Club board of directors:
A Vice President position is open to lead the clubs’ fund raising efforts.
Fund raising will be critical in the next few years as the club completes its’ move to the new West Rivers’ Edge Park, and the park undergoes future phases of development.
A Director at Large position is open to act as Assistant to the Jackrabbit Director.
The goal is to have this person graduate to Jackrabbit Director in the 2012–2013 ski season.
A Director at Large position is open to act as an assistant to the board to take on tasks as necessary from time to time.
