Family Ski Day

Strathcona Wilderness Centre Jan 29 (1-4pm)

Sunday January 29th from 1-4pm we will be skiing at SWC instead of at the FSNSC Ski Centre. (The regular Jackrabbit program will NOT run at the FSNSC Ski Centre.)

We would like to encourage all FSNSC families to join us for some fun in the snow and explore another great place to cross country ski.

All parents are welcome to ski (if you don't have equipment it is available for rent skis at the centre) and join in on the fun. If you don't want to ski, bring boots and join in the games anyway.

Gather at the main chalet at 1pm. From there we move to the nearby grid area to play some games.

We will be playing games to get warmed up and then families can go for a ski together or Jackrabbit coaches will be available to take group of kids out.

This club event is intended to get as many people out having fun and enjoying the snow. We would love to see you there!

We will conclude the afternoon with hot chocolate and treats in the chalet.

SWC is Located at 52535 Range Road 212 - Just 20 minutes east of Sherwood Park on Township Road 530 (Baseline Road) and Range Road 212.  Link to SWC
