FSNSC AGM 2015

Join us for the Annual General Meeting of the Fort Saskatchewan Nordic Ski Club!
The purpose of the AGM is to meet our legal obligations as a society, present our financial statement to date, elect members to the board, present a report from the President, conduct an annual review with our members concerning our programs and activities, address any special motions and/or bylaw additions or changes.
Additionally, we will be consulting with the membership about plans for the next ski season, and updating the membership on the status of City of Fort Saskatchewan Capital Projects in WREP including exciting news concerning the planting of trees.
There is the opportunity for FSNSC members to participate in a major tree planting project in 2015, and we will be recruiting volunteers from the membership to join us in this work.
The movie, Big Hero 6, will be running for the kids!
Childminding has been arranged so parents can participate in the meeting and socialize.
